Anyone under the age of 18 is required to have the full participation of their parents or legal guardian. We do not knowingly solicit minors for any service that we offer.

Unauthorized duplication and use of all images is expressly forbidden. Releases and proof of copyright ownership are on on file at our offices in the Tampa Bay area. Images cannot be licensed or sold without a model release or the appropriate release.
Aurora PhotoArts is affiliated with Tampa Bay advertising agency Eos MediaArts, a Passinault.Com company and one of our many sister companies. We often refer our model, actor, and talent clients to advertising agencies for booked model jobs in the Tampa Bay markets as well as other major markets. Talent do not have to be our clients in order to be referred to the advertising agency bookings, as they only need to have professional career tools such as portfolios, composite cards, and head shots in order to be considered. Referred talent may use the professional tools that they have and are not required to book any services from us in order for us to refer them.
Aurora PhotoArts allows our clients to bring along a friend or a family member to any service that they book as long as it is not a professional conflict of interest (no unauthorized photographers, aspiring photographers who are trying to learn from us, parties with the intention of competing with us, service shoppers, or parties affiliated with any competitor).

We strongly recommend that models obtain model portfolio pictures and composite cards before going to any model and talent agency. This will help models avoid potential ethical and professional conflicts as well as the possibility of being scammed by agencies that are more interested in illegally selling models portfolios instead of booking them into work. Actors and talent should obtain professional photographs and head shots before going to agencies for the same reason. If the agency is reputable, they should have no problem using the professional pictures and career tools that you already have to book you into work.

Photography and design services companies like are are in business to provide you with the professional pictures, portfolios, and tools that you need for your career. This is what we do, and model and talent agencies are not more qualified than we are in assisting you with your investment in the tools that you need for your career.

Due to the potential for an ethical conflict of interest, we do not mix prospective jobs that we book models into with our portfolio photography and development services. To be considered for any model job, models should already have a solid portfolio and composite cards, as we rarely book aspiring models into any job. Models who contract our portfolio photography services and other services are not coerced into booking us with the promise of booking any work, neither directly or implied. We are not obligated to book any models into work if they are clients.
Aurora PhotoArts is not a model and talent agency. We are a photography services company with a large spread of services that have the potential to be conflicts of interest. We do not charge models any fees or make money from fees by referring models into client jobs, as we make our money from photography. There are no trade secrets on this web site. There is no information that can be considered confidential. We respect the privacy of our clients. All content and images on this web site are protected by State and Federal law, and we will aggressively protect our rights.

Shopping for photography services by rates alone is a false economy. You often get what you pay for. You need to look at the whole picture. Ask to see samples of the quality of their work and take the time to interview them when you evaluate a photographer for your service needs. Be safe- verify their references. Our services are an investment, and we work hard to make what we do the best value that you can get. Aurora PhotoArts is a professional business with top-rated quality services, and no longer offers TFP (Time For Print) for aspiring models. While we may waive certain costs during special offers or elect to collaborate with top models, we have no free services. If we gave away our services, we could not stay in business and our quality services would no longer be available. If you are just starting out in your modeling career, you need to face the facts- you need professional pictures, and those pictures are an investment that you will need to make to get anywhere in your career. Nothing good comes free or easy. Time is not replaceable, and money is. Unless you want to waste a lot of your time trying to build a professional portfolio for free and possibly work with amateurs who will do nothing for you but teach you bad habits that you will later need to lose, realize that you will have to invest in quality tools. Modeling is a career, and like any career you will only get out of it what you put into it. Don't short-change yourself when you need to invest in pictures that will work for you and your modeling career. Also remember that going by rates alone is a false economy; there may be a very good reasons why those rates are as low as they are. Shop for photography services by value (i.e. The quality of the work instead of absolute rates) instead of rates, and you will get the pictures that you need without wasting time and will also avoid unprofessional people. Please do not ask for TFP's, as the request will be turned down. If you need to save money, we have SPECIAL OFFERS and REDUCED RATE PHOTOGRAPHY services available.
