ABOUT AURORA PHOTOARTS
Aurora PhotoArts was the
third company of the Passinault Entertainment Group, and was founded
on June 10, 1994. The first photography session, which was done on the
very first day, was of a DJ and his assistant for a dance mix cover.
The session was done in Tampa, Florida, and to this day Aurora PhotoArts
operates out of the Tampa Bay area.
Four years later, in 1998, photography projects increased dramatically
as Aurora PhotoArts began working with artists and models to create
image content for web sites. As time went on, more and established professional
models began to book with our company. As we worked with those models,
they taught us a bit about their profession, as well as what they knew
about model photography. By early 2000, our gift for model portfolio
photography was well established, and our reputation among many models
was outstanding. Work further increased, and our specialty became model
portfolio photography and actor head shots.
Our experience with commercial
photography, which we started in 1998, led to us offering professional
commercial photography services in 2003. Our service lines were expanded
to include event photography, wedding photography, personal portraits,
professional business head shots, photographic art, and model testing
in addition to our renowned model portfolio, actor head shot, and commercial
photography services.
In early 2005, our commercial photography services were expanded to
include an ongoing stock photography program that we call Aurora PhotoStock.
Working with experienced professional models, we are developing an expansive
library of photography stock for magazines and advertising. Models could
use the service to obtain tear sheet quality photographs and eventually
real tear sheets for their portfolios in addition to pay.

Aurora PhotoArts uses professional
level equipment, as well as technology that we have developed ourselves.
Our current main cameras are professional level such as the Canon D10,
a digital SLR with an assortment of lenses. Our photographers are also
qualified with conventional 35MM SLR cameras which we have used since
1998, but have recently shelved for backup use.
Equipment, however, does not make good photography if the photographer
is not good. Talent, skill, and experience do, and equipment is merely
a tool to realize an artistic vision. We have the talent and the skill
to give you pictures that work for you, and the proof is in the pictures
that we showcase throughout this web site.
The Passinault Entertainment Group spun of a commercial division called Passinault Industries LLC in 2003. Aurora PhotoArts is presently a Passinault Industries LLC Company.

Clients and models under the age of 21 are encouraged to involve their parents in the consultation, booking, and service process of any of our services that they wish to book. Anyone under the age of 18 is required to have the full participation of their parents or legal guardian. We do not knowingly solicit minors for any service that we offer.
Unauthorized
duplication and use of all images is expressly forbidden. Releases and
proof of copyright ownership are on on file at our offices in the Tampa
Bay area. Images cannot be licensed or sold without a model release or
the appropriate release.
Aurora PhotoArts is affiliated with Tampa advertising agency Eos MediaArts,
a Passinault.Com company and one of our many sister companies. We
often refer our model, actor, and talent clients to advertising agencies
for booked model jobs in the Tampa Bay markets as well as other major
markets. Talent do not have to be our clients in order to be
referred to the advertising agency bookings, as they only need to have
professional career tools such as portfolios, composite cards, and head
shots in order to be considered. Referred talent may use the professional
tools that they have and are not required to book any services from us
in order for us to refer them.
Aurora PhotoArts allows our clients to bring along a friend or
a family member to any service that they book as long as it is not a professional
conflict of interest (no unauthorized photographers, aspiring photographers
who are trying to learn from us, parties with the intention of competing
with us, service shoppers, or parties affiliated with any competitor).
We only refer models to top model and talent agencies who have professional
clients and who are associated with ethical professionals. Aurora PhotoArts
is not affiliated with any model and talent agency or agencies, and our
photography and design services company is not represented by any agency.
We are not responsible for the opinions and actions of any agencies who
we may refer our clients to. Additionally, we recommend that models invest
in portfolio pictures and composite cards before going to any agency,
as this will avoid any potential professional or ethical conflicts of
interest without compromising the integrity or quality of the portfolio
pictures and modeling career tools that they need.
